BCECE LE stands for Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Lateral Entry. It is an entrance exam conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) for admission to various professional courses like Engineering, Pharmacy, and Agriculture in lateral entry mode in the colleges and institutions of Bihar
BCECE LE is conducted once a year in offline mode (pen and paper-based). The exam is conducted in two stages – the first stage is a written examination and the second stage is the counseling process. The exam pattern of BCECE LE consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and the syllabus includes topics from the respective fields of study.
Candidates who qualify the BCECE LE exam are called for counseling, where they are allotted seats in the participating colleges and institutes based on their rank and preference.
