Eligibility Criteria
For JRF:
BE/B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in relevant field
First Division required
Valid NET/GATE qualification
For RA:
Ph.D. in relevant subject OR
Postgraduate degree + 3 years experience + at least one SCI publication
Age Limit
JRF: Maximum 28 years
RA: Maximum 35 years
Relaxation:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC: 3 years
Salary / Stipend
JRF: ₹37,000 per month + HRA
RA: ₹67,000 per month + HRA
Tenure
JRF: Initially 2 years (extendable up to 5 years)
RA: 2 years only
