Educational Qualifications:

Candidates must have completed their qualifying degree on or before the closing date of application.

Minimum Qualifying Marks:

Training, Probation & Bond
- Selected candidates will undergo 52 weeks of training (including Common Managerial, Functional, and On-Job Training).
- Probation Period: 2 years (concurrent with training).
- A bond of ₹9 lakhs must be executed to serve BSNL for a minimum of 5 years.
Career Growth
After successful probation, SETs will be designated as Senior Executive (DR). Promotion to Assistant General Manager (E-4 scale) is possible after 3 years of service, as per BSNL Management Services Rules.
