Disadvantages /हानि
- गलत तरीके से उपयोग करने पर समय की बर्बादी होती है।
- इससे शारीरिक गतिविधियों में कमी होती है।
- रक्त परिसंचरण सही से नहीं हो पता है।
- ज्यादा भोजन खाना और मोटापा बढ़ना।
- कमर और सर में दर्द की शिकायत।
- आँखों या दृष्टि में कमजोरी होना।
