About the Role: Talent Acquisition Intern
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with the recruitment team and gain real-world experience in managing the hiring lifecycle. This role gives you exposure to metrics-driven recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and candidate experience management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end interview processes for multiple open positions
- Schedule and manage interviews while ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Support virtual hiring drives and recruitment events
- Create job postings and assist with resume screening
- Communicate clearly with candidates and provide timely feedback
- Prepare and update recruitment reports and dashboards
Who Can Apply
This role is open to freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Interest in recruitment and HR operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
