Transactions and Payments
When you complete a transaction on our platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us to purchase the selected product and/or service. Once payment is successfully made, the transaction is considered final unless specific cancellation or refund options are mentioned on the platform.
Cancellation Policy

Refund and Replacement Policy

- There is a technical issue that prevents access to the purchased content.
Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of purchase (or the number of days mentioned on the platform, whichever is longer).

- The transaction details,
- The reason for the refund request, and
- Any relevant proof or screenshots (if applicable).
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval will be at our discretion.
