About the Data & AI Solutions Specialist Role
The Data & AI Solutions Specialist will be responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting moderately complex datasets to generate actionable business insights.
The selected candidate will work with cross-functional teams and support data accuracy, reporting, visualization, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
1. Data Collection & Analysis
- Gather, process, prepare, and analyze moderately complex datasets.
- Extract meaningful insights from structured datasets.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems.
- Support data analysis and reporting requirements.
2. Reporting & Data Visualization
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Create data models, KPIs, and visualizations.
- Optimize Power BI reports for performance.
- Present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
3. SQL & Statistical Analysis
- Use SQL to extract, transform, analyze, and validate data.
- Create and maintain database views for reporting and analytics.
- Perform data manipulation and analysis.
- Support statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
4. Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes.
- Apply standard data management and reporting methodologies.
- Help streamline analytics and reporting workflows.
5. Collaboration

- Support data integrity and accuracy.
