The Armament Research and Development Establishment ARDE under the Ministry of Defence Government of India invites applications for a 12-month apprenticeship training program.

Selection Proces
- Merit-Based Selection
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic performance in the qualifying examination.
- A final merit list will be prepared for each category (General, SC, ST, OBC, PwD).
- Medical Examination and Police Verification
- Selected candidates must successfully clear a medical examination and police verification before joining the program.
- Rejection Criteria
- Incomplete incorrect, or misleading information/documents will lead to the rejection of the application.
- Appeals for reconsideration will not be entertained.

For New Users
- Visit the NATS portal: https://nats.education.gov.in
- Click Enroll and complete the application form to generate a unique Enrollment Number.
- Log in to your account and search for the establishment by typing Armament Research and Development Establishment or the code WMHPUC000042.
- Upload your resume and required documents, then submit your application.
For Existing Users:
- Log in using your credentials.
- Follow the same steps to search for the establishment and apply.

- Boarding and Lodging
- No boarding or lodging expenses will be provided.
- Selected candidates can avail of lunch, tea, and snacks at ARDE’s canteen on a payment basis.

- Completion of the apprenticeship does not guarantee employment with ARDE or DRDO.
