MPSEDC GET Recruitment 2026 Notification Out
Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. (MPSeDC) has officially announced the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program 3.0 for 2026. This prestigious one-year training program aims to provide fresh graduates with hands-on industry experience in Information Technology, Software Development, e-Governance, Artificial Intelligence, and Emerging Technologies.
A total of 150 candidates will be selected through an online examination and provided a monthly stipend of ₹25,000 during the training period.
Candidates who have completed or are currently pursuing their final semester in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields can apply online.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must satisfy any one of the following:
- Final semester students or graduates/postgraduates in Engineering (Any Branch).
- Final semester students or graduates/postgraduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or equivalent disciplines.
- The gap between degree completion and advertisement date should not exceed one year (365 days).
- Diploma and PG Diploma holders are not eligible.
- Final semester students must submit their marksheet/provisional degree within two months of joining.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 30 Years
Nationality
- Only Indian Nationals can apply.
College Requirements
- Degree must be obtained from an AICTE/UGC-recognized institution.
Domicile
- Both domicile and non-domicile candidates can apply.
- The qualifying degree must have been completed from an institution located in Madhya Pradesh.

Assessment and Certification
Performance evaluations will be conducted:

Candidates leaving before six months will not be eligible for certification.
Leave Policy
- 1 Casual Leave per month.
- Maximum 3 days Leave Without Pay (LWP) in exceptional cases.
- No leave encashment facility.
Laptop Requirement
Candidates must arrange and use their own laptops during the training period.
